It has good effects on E.coli, Salmonella, Klebsiella, Brucella, Pasteurella, Actinobacillus pleuropneumoniae, erysipelas, proteus, Serratia mucosa, Corynebacterium pyogenes,septicum, Staphylococcus aureus, mycoplasma and chlamydia, etc., weak effects on Pseudomonas aeruginosa and Streptococcus, weak effects on anaerobic bacteria. It has obvious antibacterial effect on sensitive bacteria. The antibacterial mechanism of this kind of drugs is to act on DNA rotary enzyme (type II topoisomerase) of bacterial cells, interfere with the replication, transcription, repair and recombination of bacterial DNA, and the bacteria can not grow and reproduce normally and die.
