Allicin is an organic sulfur compound produced by the bulbs of Allium in Allium family. The solid preparation is white to light yellow flowing powder, and the liquid preparation is light yellow to brown volatile oily liquid with strong garlic smell. It decomposes in the distillation process, and the aqueous solution is placed to form oily precipitation. Allicin has a strong smell. Improve the survival rate of animals, increase appetite, and improve the palatability of feed. After ingestion by animals, the quality of meat, eggs and milk is significantly improved, the original smell is reduced, and its taste becomes more delicious.
