Usage and Dosage		Based on this product.    Mixed feeding: per 1000kg of feed, piglets 40~60kg; fattening pigs 60~80kg; poultry 20~60kg.
Pharmacological Action		Tetracycline antibiotics.    It has a strong effect on Gram-positive bacteria such as Staphylococcus, Streptococcus hemolyticus, Bacillus anthracis, Clostridium tetani and Clostridium, but not as good as B-lactams. It is more sensitive to Gram-negative bacteria such as Escherichia coli, Salmonella, Brucella and Pasteurella, but not as good as aminoglycoside and amide alcohol antibiotics. It also has an inhibitory effect on rickettsia, chlamydia, mycoplasma, spirochetes, actinomycetes and certain protozoa.   Oral absorption of oxytetracycline is irregular and incomplete. It is easily absorbed by hungry animals. The bioavailability is about 60%~80%, and it is mainly absorbed in the upper part of the small intestine. Multivalent metal ions such as magnesium, aluminum, iron, zinc, and manganese in the gastrointestinal tract can form insoluble chelate with this product, which reduces the absorption of the drug, and the stomach contents can reduce the absorption by 50% or more. After oral administration, the plasma concentration reaches its peak within 2 to 4 hours. After being absorbed, it is widely distributed in the body and easily penetrates into the chest, abdominal cavity and breast milk. It can also enter the fetal circulation through the placental barrier, but the concentration in the cerebrospinal fluid is low. Oxytetracycline is mainly filtered and excreted by the glomerulus in its original form. When renal dysfunction, the excretion slows down and the half-life is prolonged.

INDICATIONS: Doxycycline injection is an antibiotic, used for the treatment of series systemic 
infections due to Gram-positive and Gram-negative bacteria,protozoa such as Anaplasma and theileria spp, rickettiae, 
mycoplasma and ureaplasma. It has good effects for the prevention and treatment 
of cold, pneumonia, mastitis, metritis, enteritis, diarrhea, the control of post
 operative and post-partum infections in cattle, sheep, horse and pig. At the same time, it has a lot of 
virtues such as nonresistance, quick long and high acting effects.
 
ADMINISTRATION AND DOSAGE:
Intramuscular.
Cattle, horse, deer: 1.02-0.05ml per 1 kg body weight.
Sheep, pig: 0.05-0.1ml per 1kg body weight
Dog, cat, rabbit: 0.05-0.1ml per time.
Once per day for two or three days.
 
PRECAUTIONS:
The product has certain stimulation to the body organ. Inject at sites for large dosage.
