gram-negative

E. coli, P. mirabilis, Pasteurella spp., Salmonella spp.

Gram-positive

Streptococci (including S. pneumoniae), Penicillin-sensitive staphylococci, Corynebacterium spp., Clostridium welchii.

Upper Respiratory Infections

Pharyngitis, Sinusitis, Tonsillitis and Tracheobronchitis.

Lower Respiratory Infections
